HOW TO CONSUME – take one sachet (10g) every 2 days. You can either mix 1 sachet with 150ml of room temperature water, stir well and drink. Alternatively, you can empty the entire sachet directly into your mouth thanks to the spout incorporated into the design of the packaging – ideal if you’re on the move
